Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 30–40 hours per week

Benefits: 10 paid vacation days or 4% vacation pay
We are grandparents seeking a caring and experienced child care provider to support our 4-year-old granddaughter. Her mother is a single parent returning to work and recovering from postpartum depression. Due to age and health limitations, we are unable to provide the care our granddaughter needs on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone compassionate, reliable, and qualified to care for our granddaughter and provide basic household support when needed.
Main Responsibilities
Bathe, dress, feed, and change diapers
Prepare and serve meals
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment
Oversee daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime
Support personal hygiene and early social-emotional development
Follow our parenting and discipline approach
Engage in age-appropriate activities: reading, crafts, games, and walks
Qualifications
Completed at least a 1-year program in child care or related field (e.g., PSW, Caregiver)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a licensed child care setting
Certified in First Aid and CPR
Clear criminal background and driving record check
Valid medical certificate from a physician
Good communication skills in English
