Brief job description:
- Confer with clients to identify requirements
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
- Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
- Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
- Resolve conflict situations
- Robotic process automation
- Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
- Strong background in Veeva Network MDM (Master Data Management) & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and IBM Infosphere MDM. Design and implement MDM solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients across various industries, including Life Science, Telecom, Banking & Finance, and Retail.
- Lead and manage MDM projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Participate in design reviews, data model reviews, and technical discussions to optimize MDM solutions.
- Utilizing tools such as Veeva Network MDM, Veeva CRM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, Snowflake, JIRA, and Service Now to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provie technical support, guidance, and expertise to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Handling production support, deployment, and estimations for MDM projects.
Skills and qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Veeva Network MDM, Veeva CRM, IBM InfoSphere MDM V9.0.2/V11.3, Snowflake, and Java Basics.
- Proficiency in WebSphere Application Server, Rational Application Developer, Rational Software Architect, JIRA, and Service Now.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of successfully leading MDM projects and delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
