Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business leads via cold-calling, networking, and online outreach.
Present and sell our digital marketing and web design services to prospective clients, clearly communicating our value proposition.
Develop tailored sales proposals and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact through to contract signing and client onboarding.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM software.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics and enhance performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, web design, or a related technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to explain complex digital solutions to a varied client base.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Willingness to work on a commission-based salary structure with a tiered pay plan.
