Job Description

Singh family is looking for a full time Caretaker. The nature of the caregiver should be caring, loving, responsible, and patient; can look after our 3 Year old. The caregiver will be working at our residence located in Winnipeg, MB, R3W0C5

Job Designation: Child Caregiver

Language Preference: English

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School or equivalent. Course in Child Care will be an asset.
Work Setting: Employer’s Home

Wage:  C$18.00/ hr

Experience: Not Mandatory

Location: Winnipeg, MB, R3W0C5

Job duties

• Supervising and Monitor the child in the absence of the parents in the home of the employer.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to the child as per the instruction of the Parents.
• Ensure to take full responsibility of the home in the absence of the parents.
• Clean the room of the child and do laundry as per the instructions of the employer.
• Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment at home. Teaching personal Hygiene.
• Promote hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the house.
• Organize activities such as games and outings for child,
• Escorting them to doctor during appointments.
• May need to perform light housekeeping duties.

• Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support his social development.

Please note no smoking is allowed in or around our house and we seek strictly a non-smoking person.

WAGES & BENEFITS:

• Full time and permanent position, works 40 hrs. per week
• Vacation pay of 4% of wages per year or 10 days paid vacation.
