Job Description

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Job Duties:

• Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials, documents and outlines for courses;
• Prepare and mark assignments and tests to evaluate students’ study progress and learning abilities;
• Meet with new students and provide an assessment test to help placing new students in suitable levels;
• Assisting marketing team in recruiting new students and provide appropriate feedback on the students;
• Participating in marketing events and develop new curriculum plans;
• Devising, writing and producing new materials;
• Classroom management;
• Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

Requirement:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in teaching and tutoring is preferred;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics or other related filed is a plus.
