Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Job Description:
??As an Assistant Store Manager, you will carry out the following job duties:
Manage and coordinate staff activities in the liquor store and pub, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and order liquor, beverages, and supplies to maintain adequate stock.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as promotions and improved product placement.
Oversee cash management tasks, including deposits, cash drawer reconciliation, and accounting for pub sales.
Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
Manage opening and closing procedures for the store and pub.
Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns effectively.
Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
Develop and implement marketing strategies.

Education and Work experience:
Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation
