A minimum of 1-2 year of experience is required.
Job Duties
- Supervising staff, such as pizza makers, kitchen assistants, and cashiers, and assigning tasks.
- Training new employees and ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and handling any issues that arise.
- Creating work schedules to ensure the store is properly staffed during peak and off-peak hours.
- Managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and ensuring supplies are always stocked.
- Ensuring quality standards for food preparation and service are consistently met.
- Handling customer complaints or special requests and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Keeping track of sales, budgets, and other financials to maintain profitability.
