Job Descriptions:
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with company standards and objectives.
• Coordinates and manages weekly schedules, and conference meetings.
• Communicate with clients and management to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Providing training new employees and monitoring their performance.
• Ensuring staff is compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Procure materials and supplies for the production and installation of glass and metal doors.
• Preparing a record of inventory such as glass material, door frames, hardware, etc., and ensure smooth operations of company equipment.
• Identify and analyze new procedures to improve the efficiency of operations.
• Helping in solving work-related issues and providing assistance with other managerial tasks.
• Prepare and submit reports, compile data & keep track of the company’s progress.
• Following safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education or/and a minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required.
