Welder Supervisor
34.50 to 36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of welding staff.
- Ensure welding projects meet safety and quality standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks to welding team members.
- Inspect completed welds to verify accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain welding equipment and oversee repairs as needed.
- Train and mentor new and existing welding staff.
- Monitor inventory and order welding supplies when necessary.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute welding projects.
- Prepare reports on team performance and project progress.
