Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Carpenter who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks and working both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate should be prepared to assist with framing, exterior, drywall, finishing, and various other carpentry-related duties as required. If you are someone who enjoys broadening your skill set rather than focusing on a single specialty, we’d be pleased to consider you for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, exterior, siding, drywall installation, and trim work.
• Install and repair structural components such as floor joists, rafters, and support beams.
• Construct and install cabinetry, shelving, countertops, and other custom carpentry elements.
• Operate common construction tools (saws, drills, nail guns) safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and shape various materials with accuracy.
• Work comfortably at varying weather conditions.
• Adhere to established safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry, preferably with exposure to a range of construction tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, including exterior work.
• Good physical condition.
