Job Description:
- Developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum aligned with the institution's goals.
- Overseeing the set up of different departments and the associated staff in those departments of the organization.
- Carry out organizational policies and programs, implement financial and administrative controls, assist in overall personnel planning.
- Designate duties among personnel and ensure the effective distribution of resources for efficient functioning of organization.
- Providing aid for creating positive working environment and selection of staff members.
- Coordinate between different departments of the organization to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
- Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or other official capacities or assign delegates to do so.
- Ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Facilitating training and professional development activities for staff.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Post secondary education in the same field is required.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a manager is required.
