Job Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Needs Assessment: Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, ensuring that the services provided align with their business goals.
- Service Delivery Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the delivery of core services, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial consulting, to meet client expectations.
- Tailored Solutions and Advice: Create tailored action plans to address specific client needs and provide expert advice to project teams, ensuring outstanding results.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services, increase client satisfaction, and retain key clients.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company’s systems and processes.
- Quality and Service Standards: Lead and support staff in developing and implementing quality assessment strategies, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality and strengthen client relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Contract Negotiation: Work with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements that are mutually beneficial.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports to clients on service performance, financial metrics, and project progress.
- Resource Management: Administer and optimize budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring financial efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Market Insights and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Administrative and Technical Support: Provide administrative and technical support to staff, helping them navigate challenges and ensuring seamless operations.
- Company Representation: Represent Accounting Bridge Ltd. within various economic and social organizations, enhancing community presence and building strong professional relationships.
- Networking and Business Development: Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to build a network of potential clients and partners, representing the company’s interests.
Job Requirements
Experience: A proven track record in relationship management, ideally within the financial services or accounting sectors.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for earning trust and creating lasting client partnerships.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial consulting.
Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
Education: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
