JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education:College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 yearor equivalent experience

Experience:1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision: 1-2 people

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail,Large caseload

Tasks:

  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
