Job Description
Upstate Realty Inc. located at 9280 Goreway Dr Suite 211, Brampton L6P 4N1 requires 2 Office Administrator on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 4 % vacation pay will be paid out per year.

Duties:
- Overall Co-ordination and Administrative Liaison between various areas of organization for smooth operations.
- Supervise the phone desk staff for efficient delivery of brokerage services to realtors working with the team.
- Liaise between real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Uploading MLS Listings, Update/Change Status, Upload Photos, Scanning and Uploading Documents, Price changes etc.
- Ability to use real estate software: Entering deal information into the system, following up with agents, lawyers, builders, clients etc. via email and phone.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, and issuing invoices.
- Keeping financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Co-ordinate with back-office team for timely processing of commission cheques and other disbursements.
- Ensure that the brokerage office practices are fully compliant with regulatory bylaws and guidelines.
- Any other administrative task relevant to the duties above.
