Nature of position: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $62,400 per annum
Vacation: 4% in lieu of paid vacation days
Language required: English, spoken and written
Other benefits: Extended medical benefits including dental upon completion of 3 months probationary period

JOB DUTIES. The following duties will be performed in this position:
- Respond to phone call and email enquiries
- Sort, file, and distribute mail and other correspondence related to ongoing projects
- Accurately maintain and update company records related to projects
- Use MS Office applications to provide analysis and reports as required by employer
- Maintain and update project calendar – plan, monitor, and coordinate schedule
- Respond to any related requests or other questions from clients, employees and management
- Assist in material sourcing and getting quotations as required
- Work on sending product submittals for new jobs
- Assist in pricing change site instructions and change orders
- Provide foreman on site with latest drawings and site instructions from project manager
- Perform other administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:
- Completion of secondary school
- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience with editing and formatting documents, with careful attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong client service orientation, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
