Job Description

JMG Carrier Ltd corporate office located at 15328 48 Avenue Surrey BC V3S 0L2 is looking for  1 individual for the position of "Office Administrator".This job is permanent and full-time
Positions: 1
Salary: $28.85 per hour


The job duties to be performed during the working hours are:
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
• Execute administrative tasks for the establishment
• Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures in the office.
• Examine, analyze, and put new administrative procedures in place
• Establish work priorities and follow procedures to guarantee that deadlines are reached
• Compile information and write periodic and special reports, instructions, and correspondence.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work result

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field is required.
