PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

EMPLOYER:   SUMMERHILL PROPERTY MGT

LOCATION: 2600 Skymark Ave., Bldg 12 suite 101, Mississauga, ONL4W 5B2

JOB DETAILS

  • Salary: $29.00 / hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines Attention to detail

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, Air conditioned

  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
