Employment Type: Full-time
Wage: $31.50/hour for 40 hours/week + 4% vacation pay
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education is required.
- 7 months to 1 years of relevant experience is required; on the job training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- Communicate on a daily basis with staff to maintain schedules.
- Create and manage files and folders, client details.
- Establish work priorities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Keep the record of day-to-day office expenditure.
- May supervise and train other staff members.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
