Benefits: medical and dental coverage to start after probation period completed. Access to shared tip pool.

Schedule: Typical shifts could be on weekends or evenings. Candidate must have flexibility in availability, as mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays are all required.

Job Duties:

• Preparing and cooking meals, dishes, sauces, and sides.
• Kitchen operations.
• Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen and work area with kitchen staff.
• May assist Manager or Owner with the planning of feature menus, determining size of food portions, estimation of food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies as necessary.
• May train kitchen staff as requested by Manager or Owner.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Fast paced high volume restaurant experience is required.
• Completion of secondary school is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of cooking or food handling experience.
• Food Safe certificate.
• Be able to deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
