Job Description
FiveStar Insurance Brokers Ltd. located at 270 Orenda Rd # 200, Brampton, ON L6T 4X6 requires 1 Business Liaison Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.5 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to Less than 2 years relevant Experience. Additionally, 10 paid sick leaves and 10 paid vacations will be given.

JOB DUTIES AS A BUSINESS LIAISON COORDINATOR:
- Overall Administrative support and Business co-ordination of the insurance agents’ team.
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service by the customer support staff.
- Oversee the accounting team for timely payment of premiums and that all accounts are up to date.
- Invite quotes from suppliers on behalf of the company and award contracts according to negotiated terms for all office and general supplies.
- Liaise with over 60 Marketing Staff and Sales Agents on various aspects such as new products roll-outs, participation in community events, launch seasonal and festive promotions etc.
- Demand and evaluate periodical reports and feedback from all sales associates/agents and make suggestions/recommendations to the Management.
- Ensure the equipment and devices are up to date and are in perfect working order.
- Oversee the IT and technical team for optimum service and support to sales associates/agents.
- Relationship management with B2B Customers, Insurance Companies and Handling customer complaints, if any.
- Constant contact and communication with managers and agents to ensure the following:
- Strict compliance and adherence to Government rules and Regulatory by laws regulations at all levels.
- Compliance with employment standards regulations.
- Consistency in service quality and delivery.
11. Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the Brand ‘Five Star Insurance Brokers’.
