Job Description
Landscape Laborer PositionWe are seeking hardworking individuals to join our landscaping team. No prior experience required - we will train the right candidate.Job Responsibilities:
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and leaf removal
- Basic garden bed maintenance and weeding
- Loading and unloading materials (soil, mulch, stone)
- Operating basic landscaping equipment (mowers, leaf blowers, etc.)
- Assisting senior crew members with various landscape projects
- Site cleanup and waste removal
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team player attitude
- Valid driver's license preferred
