Job Title: General Construction Labourer

Number of Positions: 2

Terms of Employment: Full-Time/Permanent

Hours – 30 to 40 Hours/Week

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Wage: $23.00/Hour

Location of Work: Various locations across Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload materials, and move materials to work areas
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete.
• Assist fence installer in erecting panels and other tasks
• Assist in drilling and nailing at work sites
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and other debris at work sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment.
• Perform other activities at work sites, as directed.

Skills Requirements

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Outdoors, Noisy, Dusty, Repetitive Tasks, physically demanding, Handling Heavy loads

Education: No Education is Required for this position

Experience: No experience required, and training will be provided to successful candidates.

Language: Basic English.
