ABS SafeCom Trucking Consultants

Human resources officer

Location: 1339 Khalsa Drive, suite 205, Mississauga, ON L5S 1W6, Canada.
Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
Salary: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Total working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
Employment conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Shift, To be determined, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

Advertise job vacancies using various platforms and networks.
Screen résumés and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Conduct and coordinate job interviews with candidates.
Develop and update job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Advise management on employment standards and policies.
Monitor and manage internal employee transfers and reassignments.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulations.
Organize and facilitate employee training programs.
Collaborate with managers to forecast staffing needs and talent acquisition.
