Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager at D JEAN ENTERPRISE LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and increase revenue. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage the company’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive impactful campaigns that deliver results.

Job Duties: 

1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Direct the marketing strategies for the company, ensuring that all activities, from advertising to promotions, align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.

2. Market Research and Analysis:
Analyze market research data to inform business decisions, optimize marketing activities, and identify opportunities for new products, services, and markets.
Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for company products and services, gathering insights on market demand, competition, and customer behavior.
Direct the team on crucial information to gather and research, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all marketing activities.

3. Digital Marketing and Web Presence Management:
Direct the development and maintenance of the company’s Internet and intranet sites, ensuring that they are user-friendly, informative, and aligned with the company’s brand image.
Evaluate the organization’s Internet presence, making recommendations for improvements to enhance visibility, engagement, and user experience.
Oversee the preparation of written material for website content, ensuring it communicates the brand message effectively and engages the target audience.

4. Promotional Materials and Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, reports, and other marketing collateral, ensuring they meet branding standards and objectives.
Assist in the preparation of press releases, speeches, and presentations for various marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Review written materials, such as reports, briefs, and presentations, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the marketing strategy.
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to promote products, services, and initiatives.

5. Advertising and Campaign Management:
Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of the marketing department responsible for developing and implementing advertising campaigns to promote product and service sales.
Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and to adjust strategies as needed.
Establish distribution networks for the company’s products and services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery to customers.

6. Client and Media Relations:
Maintain and initiate contact with media outlets, coordinating media coverage, public relations campaigns, and managing brand reputation.
Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Oversee customer feedback collection and integrate insights into marketing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.

7. Budget Management and Team Supervision:
Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various projects and campaigns.
Supervise staff by providing guidance, training, and direction to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
Hire, train, direct, and motivate the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Train marketing staff on industry best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure the team is equipped to execute campaigns effectively.
Ensure continuous staff development through mentorship, providing opportunities for learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:
1. College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, social media, etc.).
4. Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex marketing campaigns.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
