Job Description

Supreme Pizza 1985 Ltd is currently looking one (01) full time, permanent Bookkeeper.

Work Location:  6539 Victoria Driver Vancouver, BCV5P 3X8

Job Requirements:

• Completion of High School is required.
• Knowledge of English Language

• Completion of a college program in bookkeeping, accounting or related field OR more than 2 years of experience in relevant field is required.

Wages & Compensation:

• Salary: $28.85/hr. for 40 hours per week.
• Overtimes: $43.27/hr. after every 40 hrs. per week
• Terms of Employment: full-time, Permanent
• Benefits: As per BC Employment Standard Act

Specific Skills

• Keep and maintain the records for the financial.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts & maintain general ledgers
• Make sure payroll is run on timely manner.
• File and submit the taxes for the business.
• Prepare other financial and accounting reports.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms and other government documents
• May do Data Entry and database Management.
• Prepare cheques for other expenses such as Utility, rentals etc. and keep the records electronically and physically.
