Job Description
Big Fresh is currently seeking a Permanent, Full-time Office administrator to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
High school graduation.
1 year of work experience required.
Office administrator-NOC 13100
Salary: $29.00-$31.00/hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week
