1 POSITION – TRUCK DRIVER ($28.40 PER HOUR) PERMANENT FULL TIME, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR CANADIAN MOTOR FREIGHT LTD., 1280 SHAWSON DR, MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, L4W 1C3, CANADA.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duties: Load and unload goods,Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes, Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Perform emergency roadside repairs, Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle, Perform preventive maintenance, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption, Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Communication Systems Experience - Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
Documentation Knowledge - Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Driver logbook, Accident or incident reports, Trip reports
Transportation/Travel Information - Valid driver’s licence – AZ Class
