Position responsibilities:
- Answer phones, take messages, and handle incoming calls appropriately.
- Respond to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other correspondence.
- Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs.
- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for members of a team.
- Keep track of invoices, reports, and correspondence to keep them in order.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
- Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them.
Position requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school.
- Completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries or a Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience is required.
- Strong communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
