Salary : $35 per hour
Duration : Full Time – Permanent
Work Hours : 33 to 44 hours per week

Experience : We need a candidate having minimum 2 years of
experience as a medical/dental clinic Assistant.
Job Description:
To work as a Dental/medical Clinic Assistant, candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in performing following duties:
- Effectively manages patient's calls, handling inquiries, confirmations, and appointment amendments.
- Co-ordinate the office services such as equipment, supplies management, forms, disposal of documents and maintenance.
- Assemble insurance information and prepare periodic provider work reports and office manuals.
- Clinical records management and oversees related staff.
- Conduct analyses of the payments received from the insurances and patients and manage account receivables.
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory.
- Manages potential cancellations and oversees schedules accordingly.
- Ensures that deadlines are met, and procedures are followed in the clinic.
- Coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Reassemble equipment and assemble packs of sterile supplies and instruments for delivery to hospital departments
- Record vital signs
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices
