Job Description

Surrey Peace Arch RV Park Ltd. (D.B.A: Peace Arch R.V Park) is a Surrey, BC. is looking for an Reservation Manager to join their team.

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: C$40.00/ hour for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary School

Experience: 2-3 years in the same or related industry.

Location: 14601 40^th Ave, Surrey, BC, Canada. V3Z 1E7

Main Duties:

• Develop, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of park  operations; including setting guidelines for reservations and maintenance work
• Manage budget to ensure financial stability.
• Track revenues and expenses, adjust financial plans as needed.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
• Help in setting pricing and promotional strategies to attract guests.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Hire and manage staff and ensure they receive proper training and assign work schedule.
• Oversee employee performance, provide guidance, and maintain a productive and efficient team for excellent customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.  
• Handle customer complaints by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Investigate issues, provide solution and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining park policies.

We are looking for individual who has: strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment. Proficiency in budgeting and office management. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
