JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Perform administrative services to guarantee competent administrative operations.
- Arrange and maintain all files and their organization.
- Performs office tasks, such as filing, data maintenance, office inventory management and mail.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties as needed.
- Act as a first point of contact and greet and assist visitors in the office.
- Maintain office supplies by regularly checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, putting orders and filing/verifying supplier receipts.
- Accurately encode transactions into the system to generate invoices in a timely manner.
- Regularly update logs, documents, and files to track operational and client information.
- Carry out other admin duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Work Location: 235 Queen Street East Brampton, Ontario L6W 2B5
Salary: $29.50/hr.
Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of similar experience is required
Education: High School
Language: English
