Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions by taking sales
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential market opportunities
- Lead account management activities to ensure customer retention
- Drive sales through effective negotiation strategies

Requirements
- Proficient in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- 1 years minimum Experience in Matrimonial business
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong leadership skills to guide customer relations strategies
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00-$2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Matrimonial: 1 year (required)
