General Manager

Job details:

Salary: $85.55 CAD Per Hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week with overtime wage of CA$128.33 starting after accumulated 44 hours in a week

1 Position Available

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: On call, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours,Weekend

Job requirements:

Languages: English is a mandatory language

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Work Conditions an.d Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload

Personal Suitability: Organized, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent written communication, Team player

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office,MS Windows, MS Powerpoint

Specific Skills:

  • Design and implement business strategies that promote collaboration and a positive culture & team spirit.
  • Establish an efficient and effective approach to new process introduction, incorporating cost effectiveness and innovation.
  • Develop, implement and executing marketing strategies.
  • Execute company’s operations strategy and lead change initiatives.
  • Define and implement processes and procedures to support the ideal client experience and consistent delivery of quality services.
  • Lead and collaborate with management to establish a budget.
  • Control budget and manage expenses, thus establishing financial and administrative controls; and find ways or ideas to improve revenue growth.
  • Define statistical HR, finance dashboards to monitor key metrics and financial results, analyzing results and reviewing metrics.
  • Assist HR Officer in hiring of the employees depending on business needs, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Set comprehensive and clear performance goals that support the company’s strategic plans, monitors team & individual goals; and coach & develop team members to achieve results.
  • Continuously work toward productive office environment and administration systems.
