Job Description

Permanent Position: Cook

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, (Overtime, weekends if required).

Wage Rate: $29.00 hourly, for 40 hours per week.

Number of Vacancies Available: 01

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Location: 14871 Marine Drive White Rock, BC V4B 1C2

Education: Not Required.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Language: Basic English

Work setting: Restaurant

Job duties:

• Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods.
• Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.).
• Must be able to prepare sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and nachos.
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Work with minimal supervision, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Manage kitchen operations.
