FlexoPartners Inc. is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot, and experience with color matching and press maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze job orders to identify key details like production timelines, color order, and required quantities, then communicate these to the press team.
Install plates or cylinders, making necessary modifications for proper operation.
Refill ink fountains, take measurements, and adjust settings to regulate color consistency and ink viscosity.
Prepare the press by configuring it and reviewing sample prints for correct ink application, alignment, and registration.
Supervise the press during production to ensure consistent quality, using a computer control panel to make necessary adjustments.
Dismantle and clean plates and cylinders at the end of each print run.
Oversee the press crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols during all operations.
Certificate or Diploma Degree
Prior experience is desirable (5 Years or more)
