Job Description

Our company "2292261 Ontario Limited” O/a Empire Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking "Retail Sales Supervisor" to become a member of our team and foster the expansion of our firm while gaining valuable experience and achieve growth. This vacancy is open for our business location located at 2293 Dundas Street, London, ON N5V 1R4. 

Employment:

Permanent, Full-time

Hours:

35 hrs/ week

Education requirement:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

or equivalent experience

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
