Responsibilities

Tasks

• Overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant to ensure efficient and effective service, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.

• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, including maximizing revenue, controlling costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing purchasing to ensure the restaurant is supplied with fresh, high-quality ingredients and materials.

• Leading the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that all team members meet performance expectations and contribute positively to the restaurant's success.

• Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant.

• Monitoring financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory, and preparing regular reports for senior management to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

• Developing marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with corporate initiatives to attract new customers and build brand loyalty within the community.

• Handling escalated customer complaints and disputes, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and professionally to maintain a positive customer experience.

• Implementing operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality in all areas of the restaurant, from service to food production.

• Managing restaurant budgets, forecasting financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
