Salary: $52.25 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- GM sales will be responsible for setting general strategic direction, formulating policies and managing resources.
- They will coordinate activities between different departments or divisions of the organization and ensure alignment with overall corporate goals. This includes collaboration with marketing, operations, finance and other teams.
- Focus on business development projects, including identifying new growth opportunities, creating strategic partnerships and expanding the organization's market share.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the company.
- Hiring, leading, and managing the sales team, setting performance goals, and providing guidance to ensure the attainment of objectives.
- Handling the sales budget, forecasting revenue, and optimizing profitability while controlling costs within the packaging services.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships, and closing deals to expand the clientele.
- Cultivating a sales culture that prioritizes client satisfaction, teamwork, and collaboration to ensure success in the competitive landscape of packaging services.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management roles is usually required.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide and motivate the team, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively, forecast revenue, optimize profitability, and control costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients, the team, and others.
