Job Responsibilities:
- To arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. related to Contruction industry
- To help in record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- To Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- To help the higher management in plan, develop and implementing the recruitment strategies for projects
- To schedule and confirm appointments
- To answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- To oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- To answer electronic enquiries promptly
- To advise higher management in administration for of the company.
- To respond to employee questions and complaints and forward to higher management.
- To organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- To arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for the other staff of the company
- To greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas & Provide customer service
- To perform data entry
- To maintain and manage digital database
- To help the accounts department in basic bookkeeping tasks
- To help the higher management in assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs of the company.
