Salary: $20.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of food service, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in food preparation and delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive and compliant team.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to maintain cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience and prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to streamline service and ensure timely food delivery.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures, updating them as needed to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, addressing maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing conflicts effectively.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completion of high school diploma is required
- Preferably 1 to under 7 months of experience in food service.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and customer service principles.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and basic office applications is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
