Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Technician to join our team. The ideal
candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our network operations to
ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
Duties
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Install and configure network equipment and software
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network security and data integrity
- Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal network performance
- Document network configurations and procedures for future reference
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer operation and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of CAD, Revit, MicroStation, and other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Background in Electrical Engineering is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
