Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor
Job Description:
Inspect work performed by contractors and workers to ensure it meets quality standards.
Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and other site staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards.
Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise on-site, whether they are related to construction, scheduling, or team dynamics.
Respond to on-site emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate any risks.
Prepare work progress reports

Pay rate:
$29 per hour
Education and Work experience:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
