Responsibilities

Tasks

• Plan and conduct daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes respect and understanding among children.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s activities, progress, and any incidents.
• Manage children’s behavior using positive guidance techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and coordinate activities.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for children.
