Bachelor's degree in visual arts or related programs or equivalent experience
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in Graphic Designer or similar role
Tasks
- Create visual content for promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and social media graphics, to advertise new flavors and promotions.
- Design and update the store’s menu, ensuring it is visually appealing and easy to read.
- Develop branding elements, such as logos and packaging designs, that reflect the store's unique identity and appeal to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Produce graphics for in-store displays, signage, and digital screens to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all designs align with the store’s brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
- Estimate the cost and time required to complete graphic design projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the production process for materials, including print, audio-visual, and electronic formats, to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Supervise junior graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high design standards.
- Edit and retouch photos for use in promotional materials, ensuring high-quality visual presentation.
- Stay updated on current design trends to keep the store’s branding and promotional materials fresh and relevant.
