Retail Store Supervisor- Shell Gas Station and Convenience Store

Location: 159 Dundurn St. Hamilton, ON L8P 4K4

Workplace information; On site

Salary; 21.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Tasks

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
