Responsibilities: |
| Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues. |
| Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications. |
| Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs. |
| Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. |
| Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for support purposes. |

Requirements: |
| Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role. |
| Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. |
| Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools. |
| Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. |
| Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. |
