Responsibilities: |
| Assess current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. |
| Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements. |
| Design and develop system specifications, workflows, and integration solutions. |
| Coordinate with development teams to implement and test system enhancements. |
| Provide training and support to end users on new system functionalities. |

Requirements: |
| Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role. |
| Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. |
| Experience with system design, data modeling, and integration techniques. |
| Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
| Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. |
