Job Description

Circle K is looking for a full time, permanent Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

• Salary: $22.00/ hour
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours / week

Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year

Job duties

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory

Supervision

• 3-4 people
• Cashiers
• Retail salespersons and sales clerks
