Job Description
Position – Sales Supervisor
Job Description Position:
- Make the working schedule of the staff and delegate jobs accordingly.
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotions and getting new vendors on board for revenue growth.
- Assist the managers in daily ordering, purchasing, and inventory count.
- Interact with the customers/clients and inquire about their requirements.
- Preparation of daily sales reports such as sales summary reports.
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control the operation of the bakery.
- Handle customers’ complaints and cordially resolve them.
- Ensure the availability of products all time and schedule productions accordingly.
- May check quality, and packaging from time to time for product consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to vendors; Coordinate with the logistic team.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Completion of some secondary education
- 1+ year of relevant work experience.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work overtime as required from time to time.
- Knowledge of English is essential.

Salary
$20.00 per hour.
