Job Description

Jugo Juice Guilford Town Center is looking for a full time, permanent Food service supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

Salary: $20.00 /hour/ 40 hours per week

Education

Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Job duties

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
